Piccadilly Circus, with the statue of Eros (a.k.a. Cupid), god of love.
Originally formed symmetrically in 1819 by the intersection of Piccadilly and Regent Street.
In the 1880s, it was mis-shapen by the building of Shaftesbury Avenue.
It has been further changed by traffic management but still carries vehicles.
